Glenn is a Partner and is the firm’s Immigration Practice Group Leader. He also leads the firm’s China Practice Group. Glenn’s practice is restricted to Canadian and United States immigration matters. He is licensed to practice law in both Canada and the United States. Glenn advises businesses and individuals in all aspects of immigration law. His client base includes local businesses and Fortune 500 multinational corporations. He has authored several articles on U.S. and Canadian immigration issues for a variety of trade and industry publications.

Glenn received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Western Ontario (1991) and his Juris Doctor law degree from Michigan State University (1994). He received his Bachelor of Law degree accreditation through the University of Ottawa’s Joint Committee Accreditation program.

Glenn is an active member of the Conservative Party of Canada and has sat as the Director for the United Way (Windsor) and Canadian Diabetes Association (Windsor). Glenn has also acted General Counsel and Member of the Board of Directors for the Sunshine Dreams for Kids Foundation. Glenn is an avid private pilot and proud member of the Canadian Owner’s and Pilots Association.

As Leader of the China Practice Group, Glenn advises Chinese Corporations on their North American Expansion opportunities. He also advises Canadian businesses on Chinese market opportunities in conjunction with China’s Dacheng Law Firm, the second largest firm in China. Siskinds has formed a strategic alliance with Dacheng Law Firm.
